The other side of the door

I tried losing weight the traditional way and it f*cking sucks.

I've been in fitness for over seven years. And for most of that time I did it the way everyone said you had to.

Hours on the treadmill. Strict meal plans. Avoiding beers on the weekend. Ordering the healthy option at restaurants when everyone else was eating what they actually wanted.
